John has more than 15 years of irrigation experience, including ownership and operation of an irrigation contracting firm and work as an award-winning irrigation salesman. He has achieved designation as an EPA Water Sense Partner and he is an IA Certified Irrigation Contractor, Landscape Water Manager and Landscape Irrigation Auditor.

He has developed and facilitated numerous irrigation seminars in both classroom and field settings. His experience includes servicing, troubleshooting, designing and consulting on many large irrigation projects, such as Lowe’s Motor Speedway, SouthPark Mall (Charlotte), Knights Stadium (Fort Mill), Intimidator Stadium (Kannapolis), LP Franz Stadium (Hickory), Appalachian State University, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Catawba College, Belmont Abbey College and Pfeiffer University.

Wes is a specialist in smart controllers and sensory technology. His extensive knowledge includes central computer networking and database programming for irrigation systems as well as weather station networking and programming. He has more than 10 years of experience providing field and classroom instruction encompassing all aspects of golf course and commercial irrigation.

An IA Certified Irrigation Contractor, Wes provided onsite irrigation technical services for facilities and golf courses in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and The Bahamas. His experience includes work at Pinehurst, Quail Hollow, Trump International Golf Club, The Breakers Palm Beach, Doral Golf Resort, Bank of America Stadium (home of the Carolina Panthers), LP Field (home of the Tennessee Titans) and Hendrick Motorsports.
